Welcome to Trip Tracker by Zen, a mobile application developed by Zen Software Solutions Inc ("Zen Software Solutions", “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trip Tracker mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Trip Tracker by Zen is designed to help employees record and share:
- Attendance
- Leave applications
- Trip details
- Expense records
This data is shared with the respective employer and its authorized staff for operational and administrative purposes.
📍 2. Location Tracking
To ensure accurate attendance and trip records, the App uses:
- Foreground location tracking when the App is actively in use.
- Background location tracking when the App is running in the background.
Location data is used solely to:
- Validate attendance capture location
- Track trip progress and duration
You must grant location permissions for the App to function as intended. You may revoke permissions at any time, but doing so may limit the App’s functionality.
